Owner George Theodorou has made environmental stewardship a priority since launching Bolt Property Care LLC in 2020.

As a NH Natural Resource Steward, member of Amherst Garden Club and NH Giant Pumpkin Growers Assoc., George has committed over 100 hours in the last year to courses covering permaculture, landscape design, stormwater management, and ecosystems to name a few.
